My names is Nori ( spelled Nory ) means — a seaweeds, this plants grow in the sea and do not have true roots, stem, or leaves. Seaweed or sea vegetables are forms of algae that grow in the sea. It’s most commonly eaten in the Asian countries before such Japan, Korea, and China. But now, it was eaten by everyone here in America.

Due to its different flavor added to it, even kids love to eat dry seaweeds as a snacks, or eat them with rice and fried eggs.
Seaweed can be eaten fresh or dry. In fact, There’s a dish in korean recipes that is been served every birthday . This called Miyeok Guk ( seaweed soup).
And dry sea weed are also used to make a sushi dish which is the Japanese foods.
Sea weed is well known in the world.

Dried seaweed contains vitamins and antioxidants that can benefits your health. An edible seaweed is also source of sodium, magnesium, phosphorus, iodine, potassium,iron and zinc. There are plenty benefits and uses of seaweed.

Seaweed has many possible benefits, from blood sugar regulation to decreased heart disease risk., anyway, this is where my name came from and the meaning of it.
