Some people have their own way how they like to design a city in the future. Am sure everyone has an amazing design in their mind. ( and its depends on how they expresses themself ).
But for me, ” If I were to asked “,, I would design it the way I wanted such as safe environment at all time such as crime would be from scale 1- 10 would be scale 2 . The most cleanest place to live on scale 1-10 would be 9 ( whether air pollution, 0 -vandalizing property, 0-garbage everywhere or no burning everywhere. People are at ease and relax everywhere they go whether daytime or during the nights from scale 1-10, it would be scale 10.
Technology and servers were available,speedy, and fast. In short, there are laws and order to follow and enforced the law. And people would take responsibility for every action they made and realizes what’s best for everyone ( not just for themselves ).
In terms of building homes, apartments and condos. Homes for a member of family of 6 has to have more or less 25,000 square foot, condos for single family without kid must have 11,000 square foot, and apartments for single person 7,000 square foot.
Huge Hospital should be 40 minutes from each home and has to have nearby clinic/ emergency office open for 24 hours to serves. Library, gym, pools are open during the day. Police headquarter and firefighter open 24 hours and ready to serves at all time.
Industries built must be an hour away from homes, houses and condos. Public transportation such as bus, taxi terminal should be an hour away from home as well.
I may sound tough but this is the only way we could have a better life. I knew for a fact that its difficult to do but I am still hoping that this kind of scenario would come someday.This is what I wished and dream for, and to designed the city I would love and like to in the future.
