Homemade Vinegar from Dry Raisins

  1. ) Pour distilled water into the jar, and add brown sugar. Stir thoroughly until sugar dissolves using wooden spoon, add the raisins. 2.) cover with clean cloth, and put a tie with string or rubber band [ make sure to tie tight so any bugs won’t get be able to get inside the jar ] 3.) Place in a clean and dark area with stable temperature between 87F- 100F. Stir every other day for 3 weeks with ” wooden spoon “ 4.) Strain the raisin, and transfer in a new clean jar. Cover the jar tight, and leave for another week. ( release air everyday for seconds ), and cover right back tight. Then transfer to permanent bottle. Then homemade vinegar is ready for use.

Homemade vinegar would last forever when you keep with sealed tight, keep in a dark place, away from heat, and sunlight.
