How Do I Relax

There are many ways to relax. Everyone in this world has its own way to relax. Some does indoor through by watching television, playing games online, reading books,listening to music, dancing, singing, cooking, baking, eating sweet foods or spicy one, and by being alone, and drinking beers or wine.
Some do it outside through doing exercises,[ walking, running, sightseeing, hiking and swimming ] camping as well. Some go for driving, or be at nature like forest, seaside or any pleasant places . Some do it through doing hobbies like drawing, and making crafts. All of these could make a person relax and feel at ease.

But for me, ” if the weather is great I go for walking “, indoors–or by being alone, watching some comedian movies , listening to some energetic and lively song that could boost my positive vibes.
Sometimes eating spicy foods or drinking wines. This is how I relax myself. What about you? How do you relax yourself?
