There are many situation in life, a person could be a leader. For example,at home, there is a leader. Whoever has the upper hand, like setting up rules, and regulation inside one’s home to obey, producing more income, maintaining proper budget management. Is the so called ” leader ” at home. Back in the old days, [a father is the leader most of the time ]… am might be wrong, but in our current times, it’s becoming even.. Father and mother are equal now days even though the gender is different.
During school days, while you were studying in the school. A student was trained to become a leader by getting elected as a president or any position in the room. Actually being a leader, is not a bad idea as long as you know ” the responsibilities and obligations ” of the position you were in. To some, it was an additional work but at the same time, it was an additional stepping stone to learned more on any field. At least, that was I thought of.
Leader names in different field, such as Entrepreneur leader, researchers leader, company leader which is the CEO, non-profit organization leader, countries politics leader such as President or Prime Minister, village leader like Captain, religions leader like Priest, activist leader, and many more that I haven’t mentioned yet!..
All the above I ” mentioned ” have their own task, obligation and responsibilities to do, according to an individual position.
To become a ” great ” leader, a person should have the following characterizations. For me, it’s very important to have these following; being confident, know how to make a proper judgement on its own, studies the pros and con result effects of the decisions being made, standing firm in making positive decision for where the organization would make benefits most.
Has a time management and a rules and orders to obey and follow by the people around them and themselves. And more importantly, know how to responds fast, clear and positives in any given situation whatever the circumstances about.
This is what I wanted to do ” if I become one of the leader of any organization “… How about you? What would you do, if you become the leader?
